What are Virtuals?
Virtuals are computer-generated simulations of sporting events and matches.
No Connection to Real Events: Virtual events are entirely simulated and are not linked to real-world matches, tournaments, or athletes.
Fairness & Reliability (RNG): All outcomes are determined by a certified Random Number Generator (RNG). This RNG is certified by an accredited testing agency in compliance with technical specifications and the regulatory framework, ensuring completely fair and random results.
Placing Bets
Pre-Match Only: Only bets placed before the start of the event (pre-match) are accepted for Virtuals. Live betting is not available.
Multiple Bets (Accumulators): You can build parlay/accumulator bets, but only between events within the Virtuals category. Virtual events cannot be combined in the same betslip with real sports or other betting categories.
Malfunctions, Voids & Result Settlement
Pre-Result Malfunctions: If a system malfunction occurs before an event result is recorded, all affected bets will be declared void and your stake will be fully refunded.
Official Results: Once a result is successfully recorded in Superbet's system, it is considered official and final.
Streaming & Connection Issues: Any local video stream delays, broadcasting glitches, or internet disconnection on the user's side after the result has been registered do not affect the validity or settlement of your bet.
