1. Why is my Deposit Bonus not showing in my balance?

If you have made a successful deposit but do not see the bonus funds in your main balance, please know that the bonus is released into your balance only after you have fulfilled the necessary wagering conditions.

Example A: Sports First Deposit Bonus

To unlock your Sports bonus, you are required to wager the bonus amount 5 times.

• If you deposit: €20 (qualifies for a €20 bonus).
• Wagering Goal: €20 (Bonus) x 5 = €100.
• Result: Once you place bets totaling €100, the €20 bonus is released to your main balance.

Example B: Casino First Deposit Bonus

To unlock your Casino bonus, you are required to wager the bonus 12.5 times.

• If you deposit: €20 (qualifies for a €20 bonus).
• Wagering Goal: €20 x 12.5 = €250.
• Result: Once you place bets totaling €250 in the Casino, the €20 bonus is added to your main balance.
   

2. I didn’t receive my bonus

In most cases, the bonus is active but not visible in your main wallet. Always check the Promo Hub (under "Promos & Bonuses") where all active and pending bonuses are displayed.
 

3. My bonus disappeared after a withdrawal

This is standard behavior. If you request a withdrawal while a bonus is active or has pending wagering requirements, the bonus and any associated winnings are automatically and irreversibly cancelled.
 

4. Why is my real balance being used first?

The system follows a specific priority:

1. Free Bets/Free Bonuses/Free Spins are used first.
2. Real Cash is used next. Betting with your real cash is what progresses your wagering goal to unlock the deposit bonus.
