If you have used Apple Pay or Google Pay to fund your Superbet account, you may notice that these options are not currently available for withdrawals. Below is everything you need to know about how to receive your winnings.
Why can't I withdraw with Apple Pay or Google Pay?
Currently, Apple Pay and Google Pay are available for deposits only. Due to technical and provider limitations, funds cannot be routed back directly to these mobile payment services.
How can I withdraw my winnings?
To make a withdrawal, you must use one of our alternative supported methods. To do this, you must have first completed at least one successful deposit using that specific method to "register" it in our system.
Available Alternative Methods:
- Credit/Debit Card: (Visa, Mastercard).
- SEPA (Bank Transfer): Direct transfer to your bank account.
- APMs (Alternative Payment Methods): Including paysafecard, Skrill, and Aircash.
- Note: Withdrawals to APMs are available for amounts up to €800.
Important: Always ensure that any new payment method you register belongs to you personally. Third-party withdrawals are not permitted.
