Before you can request a withdrawal to your credit or debit card, the following conditions must be met:

• Prior Deposit: You must have made at least one successful deposit using the same card you intend to withdraw to.
• Identity Verification (KYC): Your account must be fully verified. Payouts cannot be processed for unverified accounts.
• Ownership: The card used must belong to you. Withdrawals to a card belonging to a third party (friend, spouse, or relative) are strictly prohibited and will be rejected.

2. Withdrawal Limits & Verification

Withdrawal requests are processed based on the amount requested:

• Up to €800: These withdrawals are typically processed through our standard security checks without additional documentation.
• Above €800: For security and regulatory compliance, amounts exceeding €800 require a specific Card Verification (Proof of Card Ownership).

3. The "Same-Method" Rule (Payout Routing)

• You must withdraw your funds using the same method and card you used to deposit.
• If you have used multiple cards, your withdrawal may be split or routed back to the card with the highest deposit history to maintain the balance of the "closed loop."
