• The first withdrawal is allowed only after completing KYC verification

• APM withdrawals are limited to €800

• Amounts above €800 require bank transfer (SEPA)

• Card withdrawals are only allowed if the card was previously used for deposits

Above €800:

• Card verification is required

• You will need to upload a photo of your card

• The system checks cardholder and account holder details

SEPA (Bank Transfer) Withdrawals

2. Automatic verification is performed

Processing time:

• From a few minutes up to several hours

Possible outcomes:

• Approved

• Pending

• Failed (add a different IBAN)

• Verification of Payee (VoP) is applied to all IBANs
