Phone Number Verification

Once you have activated your account using the link sent to your email, you need to verify your phone number. 

Steps to Verify Your Phone Number

1. Log in

• Log in to your account and click on the icon next to your balance in the top left corner of the www.superbet.gr page.

2. Select “Verify Phone Number”

• Send the code that will be used for validation.

3. Enter the Code

• Enter the code you received via SMS to verify the phone number used to register your account.

• Click “Verify Code”.

What to Do If You Did Not Receive the SMS

• Check that the phone number saved in your account is correct.

• If the number is correct, request a new code by clicking “Resend SMS”.

• Enter the new code and click “Send” to validate your number.

Note:

• You can request a new SMS code every 2 minutes.

• If you still don’t receive the code, make sure you have network signal and that you can receive messages from short numbers by contacting your mobile operator.

• If the problem persists, contact Customer Support.

What to Do If Your Phone Number Is Incorrect

1. Change Your Number

• Click the icon next to your username, then go to Settings.

2. Select “Change Phone Number”

• Enter your new number in the field below your current number.

• Click “Change Phone Number”.

3. Verify the New Number

• After updating, request a new SMS code and verify the new number as described above.
