Read below for important information about situations where a match is postponed, canceled, or interrupted.
1. General rule for postponed, canceled, or interrupted matches
What does odds 1.00 mean?
When a bet is settled at odds of 1.00, it is considered VOID and the stake is fully returned to your account. The bet is neither a winner nor a loser.
Rule – “same day by 23:59 (local time)”
The general rule:
If a match is abandoned, postponed, suspended, or interrupted before the end of regular playing time and does not resume until the same day at 23:59 (local time), unsettled bets become VOID and are settled at odds of 1.00, except in special cases in tennis.
🔍 Example: Real Madrid – FC Barcelona match
The match starts on Saturday at 22:30 (Greek time). If it is interrupted and does not resume until Sunday at 23:59, all bets that were unsettled at the time of interruption become VOID (odds 1.00).
Matches with approximate start date/time
This rule does not apply to matches where the start date/time is indicative (e.g., “not earlier than X time” or tournament matches dependent on other matches).
In such cases, official communication from the organizer is awaited, and bets remain valid according to the rules.
Ticket validation deadline
In exceptional cases, tickets can be validated within a maximum of 3 days from the completion of the matches on the ticket.
