Did you know that if your withdrawal status is “Pending”, you can cancel it yourself?
Log in to your account and go to “Transaction History”.
Click on “Payments”.
Click “Cancel” (the X icon) next to the withdrawal you want to cancel.
Once you select this option, the withdrawal will be canceled immediately.
Attention: If the withdrawal status is “Approved”, please note that withdrawals made via an Online method can no longer be canceled.
