Pending Status – When will it be approved?
If your withdrawal appears in your transaction history with the "Pending" status, this means that it is currently being processed and its status will be updated once the required authorization checks are completed in the system.
Withdrawals are approved after certain checks carried out by specialized departments, in accordance with the applicable legislation and the Terms & Conditions.
Your withdrawal will receive a final status within 24 hours from the moment it is confirmed.

Paid Status
If your withdrawal appears in your history with the "Paid" status, this means that it has been approved by us and the amount will be credited to your account within 3 to 6 business days.
If the amount has not been credited within this timeframe, please contact us via Live Chat for further verification.
In such cases, we can provide you with the international transaction identification code (ARN), which you will need to present to your issuing bank in order to trace and settle the transaction.
Card Processing Times
For Visa cards, depending on the issuing bank and the card’s capabilities, the funds may be credited in as little as 30 minutes. For more information, please contact your issuing bank.
For Mastercard cards with the Mastercard MoneySend feature enabled, the funds may also be credited within approximately 30 minutes.
If your withdrawal is rejected
Please check your email address, as you may have received a message explaining the reason for the cancellation of your withdrawal.
Also, make sure that:
Your card accepts incoming credit transactions.
Your identity document is still valid.
You have not violated the Terms & Conditions.
No additional payment method verification is required.
