To keep your account secure, Superbet requires specific documentation to verify any changes to your personal details. Please note that for security reasons, your Username and Tax/ID Number cannot be changed once the account is registered.
Changing Your Email Address
To update the email associated with your account, you must contact our Support Team please via email at support@superbet.gr
Requirements:
Identity Document: A clear, full-color photo of both the front and back of your ID or Passport.
Account Details: Your username and your current registered email address.
New Email: The new email address you wish to use.
⚠️ Important: The new email address must not be associated with any other Superbet account. For security reasons, if the new email is already in our system, the change will be declined.
Changing Your Phone Number
Option A: You have access to your account
The fastest way to update your number is via self-service. Go to Main Menu > Phone Verification to update and verify your new number instantly.
Option B: You do not have access to your account
If you cannot log in or no longer have the old SIM card, our team will perform a manual update. Requirements:

Proof of Line Ownership: You must provide a document showing you are the legal owner of the new number. Accepted proofs include:
A copy of a postpaid phone bill.
A screenshot from your mobile operator’s app showing your full name and the mobile number.
Updating Your First or Last Name
The process depends on whether you are correcting a mistake or have legally changed your name.
Typo Correction: Provide a full-color photo of your ID (front and back) via email at support@superbet.gr. Our team will confirm the current surname on file with you before making the correction.
First Name Change: Provide a full-color photo of your ID (front and back) via email at support@superbet.gr. Our team will confirm the current surname on file with you before making the correction.
Legal Name Change: You must provide a new identification document reflecting the change via email at support@superbet.gr. The Name, Date of Birth, and ID Number on the document must match our records exactly.
Changing Your Residential Address
To update your registered address, you must provide a document issued within the last six months. Please contact us via email at support@superbet.gr
Accepted Documents:
Utility Bills (Electricity/DEI, Water, Internet, or Fixed Phone).
Credit Card or Bank Statements.
Official Government Residence Certificates.
The document must clearly show:
Your Full Name.
Your New Address and Postal Code.
Wrong Type of Document
If during the registration process you select the wrong document type and cannot complete the registration for this reason, please contact us via email at support@superbet.gr
Typos, wrong date of birth or other mistake
If during the registration process you make a mistake with your information (such as date of birth), please contact us via email at support@superbet.gr to correct it.
Document Quality Checklist
To ensure your request is processed within 24–72 hours, please follow these rules:
Color Only: Black and white copies or scans are not accepted.
Full View: Ensure all four corners of the document are visible.
No Glare: Avoid using a camera flash that hides text on ID cards.
Both Sides: Always send both the front and back of your ID card.
FAQ & Troubleshooting
"Why was my request rejected?" The most common reasons for rejection are:
Inconsistency: The data on the submitted ID does not match the account owner's details.
Duplicate Email: The new email is already linked to another player.
Missing Proof: For phone changes, the "Proof of Line Ownership" was missing or did not show your name.
"Can I change my details while logged out?" Yes, but you will be required to provide at least two account identifiers (e.g., ID number and Username) or a high-quality photo of your ID to begin the process.
