How do I change my password?

If you are logged into the platform

We'll explain in simple terms how to change your password: 

If you are logged into the platform: 

1. Access your account's main menu .
2. Go to Settings > Change Password .
3. Enter your current password , and then type your desired new password.
    

If you are NOT logged in and have forgotten your password

If you are NOT logged in and have forgotten your password:

1. Access the Superbet platform (app or browser) and click on Login.
2. Then click on "Forgot your password?" . 
3. Enter the email address registered with Superbet. 
4. Follow the step-by-step reset instructions that will be sent to your email.
   Important: In some cases, the email may end up in your junk mail or spam folder. Please check your most recent emails carefully. 
    

Important tips

• Choose a strong and unique password by mixing letters, numbers, and special characters.
• Do not share your password with anyone to keep your account secure.
