• Marketing Opt-Out: Please rest assured that we will immediately stop sending you any commercial, promotional, or advertising communications during the Break, Temporary Self-Exclusion, or Indefinite Self-Exclusion period, so that you can have complete peace of mind during your time away.

Returning to Play: If you feel ready to return in the future, you can request to open a new account after at least 12 months have passed. This process includes a full review, new identity verification, and cross-checking with the national registry for your safety.
