Shared Devices: This restriction also applies to shared devices or locations (e.g., shared workplace or library Wi-Fi).
2. Verification & Activation
KYC Requirements: In accordance with HGC (Ε.Ε.Ε.Π.) regulations, no offer can be activated unless the account verification process (KYC) has been fully completed.
Cash Deposits: Promotions are generally available only to customers who have made at least one successful cash deposit into their Superbet account.
3. Bonus Abuse & Violations
Superbet reserves the right to cancel bonuses, void winnings, and apply administrative charges if evidence of abuse is identified, such as:
Multiple Accounts: Opening more than one account to claim multiple offers.
Coordinated Play: A series of bets by a customer or group of customers that result in guaranteed profits regardless of the outcome.
Low-Risk Strategies: Wagers that cover the majority of the available balance in a single bet specifically to rapidly meet wagering requirements.
4. Expiry & Amendments
Inactivity: Active bonuses may expire if the account holder remains inactive for 6 months.
Right to Amend: Superbet may modify the terms of an offer at any time. However, any change does not affect bonuses that have already been credited and are currently active.
