To ensure a safe and secure betting environment, Superbet requires all users to complete the Identity Verification (KYC) process. This is a mandatory step to unlock full access to your account, including deposits, betting, and withdrawals.
Follow this guide to complete your verification quickly and learn how to fix common issues.
If you encounter any issues during the account verification process, please try the process again, as this will most likely resolve the problem.
IMPORTANT: The verification process can be finalized or done ONLY via your account or via email from your account email address. Always check the status of your documents from Account > Verified Documents.
Step 1: Start the Identification Process
Log in to your account and navigate to 'Identity Verification' then click 'Start Verification.'
Consent: On the first screen, you must check the box to consent to the use of biometric data. This allows our system to validate your ID documents securely.
Proceed: Click the Proceed button to begin.
Step 2: Upload Your Identity Document
Choose the type of document you wish to provide. Ensure the document is valid (not expired).
-

How to upload:

Choose your attachment method (Upload a file or take a live photo).
Tip: Make sure the image is clear, well-lit, and all four corners of the document are visible.
Step 3: Upload Proof of Address (POA)
Next, you need to verify where you live. This document must have been issued within the last 6 months.
-

Important: The accepted formats of all documents are pdf and jpg. Please note: The proof of address document must be issued in your name. Documents in the name of a spouse, family member, or third party cannot be accepted.
Step 4: Feedback & Completion
Once submitted, our system will analyze your documents. You will see one of two screens:
A. Successful Completion
Your documents are being reviewed by our team! You will be notified via email shortly regarding the outcome. No further action is needed at this time.
B. Repeat Process (Troubleshooting)
If your submission was unsuccessful, you will see a list of reasons. Common issues include:
Poor Quality: The image is blurry, has a glare (remove plastic covers!), or low resolution.
Data Mismatch: The name, surname, or birthdate on the document does not match your Superbet registration data.
Expired Document: The ID is no longer valid, or the Proof of Address is older than 6 months.
Action: Click Repeat process to try again with clearer photos or updated documents.
Once your account has been verified, you will receive a confirmation email.
Common Troubleshooting Tips
| Issue | Solution |
|---|---|
| Camera not working | Ensure you have allowed camera permissions in your browser or app settings. |
| Upload failing | Check your internet connection (try switching from Wi-Fi to 4G) or ensure the file size is under 5 MB. |
| "Something went wrong" | Try clearing your browser cache or attempting the process on a different device (Desktop vs. Mobile App). |
| Expired ID | If your ID has expired, your account may be restricted. You must submit a new, valid document to regain full access. |
IMPORTANT:Why can't I just send photos via Chat or Email? To ensure the highest level of security and to perform live facial recognition, you must use the automated system. This protects your identity and ensures a faster verification time.
