Why can’t I use a bonus I received?

Bonuses come with specific usage rules. For example:

• Free Spins can only be used on specific games.
• Free Bets may only apply to certain bet types.
• The bonus must be used on events that finish before the bonus expiration date.

If you try to use the bonus on an event that ends after its expiration, it will not be possible to use it.
