How SuperSpin Works
Daily Spin: Every logged-in player gets one spin every 24 hours.
Reset Time: The spin counter resets daily at 00:00.
Eligibility: Available to all players. You must have marketing consent enabled in your account settings to participate.
How to use your SuperSpin prizes:
Free Spins: Found in the Promotions > Free Spins section. Use them directly in eligible games.
Free Bets: Found in the Promotions > Player Bonuses section.
SuperCoins: Added automatically to your SuperCoins balance.
What are SuperCoins?
SuperCoins are loyalty points that you can save up and exchange for the bonuses of your choice.
Earn them: Through the SuperSpin wheel or by completing Missions.
Redeem them: Go to the SuperCoins > Prizes tab. If you have enough coins, you can "buy" your preferred bonus (e.g., 600 coins = €4 Bonus).
Track Progress: If a prize says "You need more (X) SuperCoins," it shows exactly how many more you need to collect to unlock it.
Earn More with Missions
Check the "Earn More" tab for active challenges. Missions can often be completed multiple times!
Casino Missions: Only bets on Slots count. Live Casino and Crash Games are excluded. Look for the mid-game pop-up to confirm your win.
Sports Missions: Bets must be settled before coins are granted. Cash-out bets do not count toward mission progress. Even if progress shows 100%, coins only arrive once the match results are final.
Troubleshooting
"I cannot spin the wheel."
Check if you already spun today (after 00:00).
Ensure you are logged in and your marketing consent is active.
If you see an error, take a screenshot and contact Support.
"I won a prize, but I don't see it."
Check the right section: Look in "Free Spins," "Player Bonuses," or "Transaction History" for coins.
Sync Issue: Sometimes a quick Log Out and Log In refreshes the balance immediately.
No Win: Remember, not every spin results in a prize.
"I can't see the SuperCoins menu."
Update your Superbet App to the latest version.
Try accessing via a web browser (Safari/Chrome) to confirm if it’s an app-specific display issue.
"Redemption failed."
If you have enough coins but cannot redeem, please contact our Customer Support Team.
