The Cash Out function allows you to close a bet that is in progress, but whose outcome has not yet been decided, with the bet value being the one at the time of closing. The Cash Out option is available for both mobile and desktop tickets or the Superbet apps.

When does the “Cash Out Currently Unavailable” message appear?

You may encounter a situation where the Cash Out button is unavailable, even if the Cash Out function was initially active.

This can happen in the following cases:

✔️ Drastic change in odds
✔️ Offer/match suspended
✔️ The betting option is no longer available
✔️ The match is no longer available in the betting offer
✔️ The match is interrupted for various reasons (VAR, challenge, adverse weather conditions, etc.)
✔️ Fixed phases or dangerous attack, etc.
✔️ An event has already been validated as non-winning
✔️ A selection does not support the Cash Out option
✔️ A completed match has not yet been validated

Please note that certain predictions (bet types) in our pre-match offer are not valid in the live offer for the match you have bet on. Therefore, your bet will not benefit from Cash Out if a prediction you made before the match starts does not have an equivalent live odds offer.

Even if the Cash Out option appears active, for the bet to be closed and the amount credited to your account, this action must be confirmed by the system.
