If you are new and not yet familiar with the benefits of being part of the SuperSocial platform, read below to learn how to make the most of your account and enjoy exciting experiences.
Block a User
You can now block a user on SuperSocial.
Go to the user’s profile, tap the three dots in the top right corner, and select “Block.”
If a blocked user tries to access your profile, they will see “Profile unavailable” or “User blocked.”
To unblock a user:
Go to Edit Profile → Blocked Users and remove the restriction.
Accessing SuperSocial
The platform is available via the mobile app as well as the desktop/mobile web version.
From the main menu, select “SuperSocial.”
Here you can view:
Tickets you have published
Tickets shared by your friends
Recently placed public bets
Edit Social Profile
To change your profile picture, name, or account description:
Click on your profile picture (top left).
Select Social Profile → Edit Social Profile.
Name & Profile Picture
Your Social username is automatically generated the first time you access the Social section and is based on the name registered in your player account.
To update your profile picture:
Menu → Options → Account → Edit Social Profile → Update Profile Picture
Notification Settings
From the main menu:
Tap on your account initials (top left).
Click the settings icon (top right).
Go to Notifications → Friends.
Here you can choose what type of Social notifications you would like to receive.
To view your notification history:
Click on your profile picture (top right).
From this section you can also:
See your followers
See who you are following
View tickets you have published
Edit your social profile
Invite Friends
In the “Friends” section, you will find the “Share” option, where you can choose how to invite someone to follow you.
Friend Suggestions
In the same section, you will also see suggested users you may want to follow.
Search for a Friend
This feature is currently available only in the app.
Go to “Find Users” and enter the name in the search field.
Private Messages
Available only in the app.
Search for the user, tap “Message,” and start the conversation.
You can delete sent messages, but you cannot delete the entire conversation.
Event Chat
Each event (Pre-match or Live) has a dedicated Chat section.
There you can:
Comment on the match
Add your ticket
Reply to other users’ comments
To reply to a message:
Press and hold the message and select “Reply.”
How Does SuperSocial Work?
After placing a bet, you can choose whether you want it to be public.
✔ Your stake and potential winnings are not visible.
If you make your bet public:
Your followers will see it
They can comment on it
They can add selections to their own bet slip
You can also join discussions in the Chat section available for every event (Pre-match and Live).
Chat Restrictions
We want interactions to remain friendly and respectful.
Comments containing:
Offensive language
Racism
Hate speech
will be deleted, and commenting rights may be restricted for a period between 1 and 365 days.
Not accepted (will be deleted and may lead to restrictions):
Comments announcing marketing actions
Requests for money from other users
References to other groups/communities
Promotion of goods or services
Sharing external links
Repeated identical messages (SPAM)
Choose your profile picture and join the fun!
