1. How can I delete my SuperSocial profile?
At the moment, the option to delete your SuperSocial profile is not available.
2. Why am I blocked or restricted in chat?
If you cannot post a comment and a ⚠️ icon appears next to your message, it means your commenting rights have been restricted for a period between 1 and 90 days because:
You posted comments that incite hatred or racism.
You used offensive or inappropriate language.
You posted comments promoting marketing actions.
You made references to other groups/communities.
You promoted goods or services.
You shared external links.
You sent the same message multiple times (SPAM).
New Blocking Feature
A new automatic blocking feature has been introduced. You may be blocked for 8 hours if the system detects repeated messages (spam) in chat.
You can see the reason for the block when attempting to post a comment. Please ensure that you always use the latest version of the application.
⚠️ The restriction cannot be removed before the blocking period expires.
Restricted Social Profile
If your profile is restricted, it means you used an inappropriate image or selected an unsuitable username or description (e.g., promoting external links, inappropriate content, phone numbers, bank accounts, etc.).
3. How can I remove someone who follows me?
Currently, there is no option to select who follows you. However, you can set your profile to Private.
4. How do I make my account private? How do I change my account settings?
Log in to SuperSocial, select “Edit Social Profile”, and enable Private Mode.
By activating this option, only friends you approve will be able to follow you.
5. How can I change my name on Social?
Go to “Edit Social Profile” and complete the “Display Name” field with your desired name.
6. How can I search for someone to follow?
The search feature is currently available only in the app.
Go to SuperSocial and select “Find Users”.
Enter the name of the person you are looking for in the search field.
If you do not know the full name, you can enter part of it and all profiles containing that text will be displayed.
You can also invite others to follow you via the “Share” option in the SuperSocial section.
7. How can I search for specific tickets by League?
This feature is currently available only in the app.
Go to SuperSocial and select “Find Tickets”.
Choose the league or sport you are interested in, and you will be able to view tickets containing events from that specific category.
