Cashout - How it Works

What is Cashout?

Cashout allows you to settle your bet before the end of an event. It is designed to help you secure winnings or limit losses.

Important Notes:

• Cashout is not guaranteed for all events or markets.

• It may be available only for certain bets or during specific periods.

• Cashout is not available for bets placed with bonus funds.

• The final Cashout amount is calculated automatically based on the current odds and conditions of the event.

Why Cashout might not be available:

• Odds changed drastically.

• Event or market suspended.

• Event interrupted or canceled.

• The selection does not qualify for Cashout.

• Cashout was already performed or the bet is finalized.

Checking Cashout in Your Account

1. Log in to your account.

2. Go to Bets → Settled Bets.

3. Bets that were cashed out will show the Cashout value.

   • Positive value → profit or returned stake.

   • Negative value → loss relative to the stake.

You can also see Cashout in your Sportsbook Bet History by filtering for tickets with Cashout.

Frequently Asked Scenarios

1. Cashout not visible (Pre-game or Live)

• Cashout may not appear for some events or markets.

• It may also disappear if the event status changes (goal, card, VAR, etc.).

• Cashout is optional and depends on event conditions.

2. Cashout executed, but the game outcome changed afterward

• Once you confirm Cashout, the ticket is closed and the displayed amount becomes final.

• The outcome of the event afterward does not affect the amount received.

3. Cashout attempt failed

• The amount may have changed at the moment of click, preventing completion.

• Check your bet status in your account to confirm.

4. Cashout value seems low or unfair

• The Cashout value is automatically calculated based on current odds, risk, and event conditions.

• A lower value does not mean an error; it reflects the current risk and status of the bet.
