Sometimes, a ticket may be settled as lost, or its result may change after the event. This article explains why this can happen and what you can do.
Why a Ticket Was Settled as Lost
Your bet is settled based on official sources for each sport:
Football statistics: OPTA, or official league/club websites.
Basketball (NBA): NBA official site.
eSports (H2H League): h2hggl.com
Other sports: Flashscore, Sofascore, Soccerway, or other official sources.
Note: Website statistics are illustrative only. Settlements always use official sources.
What you can do if you disagree:
If you believe the ticket was settled incorrectly, you can provide a link, screenshot, or other evidence of the discrepancy.
Without evidence, we cannot change the settlement.
Why Settlement Results May Change
After the event, settlements can be updated due to:
Corrections from official sources (OPTA, NBA, etc.)
Bet refunds after settlement
Adjustments of odds or statistics
If a change occurs, the settlement is based on official data, following the Terms and Conditions.
Ticket Refunds and Cancellations
A ticket may be refunded or canceled for several reasons:
Event was postponed, canceled, or venue changed.
Player did not participate in a market-specific bet.
Bets placed after the result was known.
Sport-specific rules (e.g., withdrawals in tennis).
If your ticket is refunded, it will be reflected in your account automatically.
Tip: Check the official event sources for confirmation if you are unsure.
Duplicate Tickets
If you believe you accidentally placed the same bet twice:
Verify that the player/event, stake, ticket type, and odds are exactly the same.
If tickets are not identical, they are not considered duplicates and cannot be refunded.
Understanding Odds Changes
Odds can fluctuate due to:
Updated statistics and game momentum
Market behavior and live betting changes
Important: Odds shown when you placed a bet may differ from final settlement if the market changed before your bet was confirmed.
