If you haven’t received a bonus or cannot use a bonus that appears in your account, you can check its status in the Promotions & Bonuses section.
How can I check which bonuses are available in my account?
Follow these steps:
Go to the Promotions & Bonuses section from your account’s main page.
Here you will see all available promotions, active bonuses, and your bonus history.
What does each tab mean?
Available: Promotions you can participate in.
In Progress: Promotions you have already opted into and need to complete the requirements to receive the bonus.
Bonuses: Bonuses you have already received and are available to use.
History: Bonuses that have been used or expired recently.
Clicking Details will show you information about how to use the bonus.
Clicking Terms and Conditions will show the full rules for using the bonus.
Why can’t I participate in a promotion?
You may not meet the eligibility criteria for the promotion. For example:
The promotion may be available only to specific players.
The promotion may have expired.
You may not have opted in before completing the required actions.
Why haven’t I received the bonus after meeting the requirements?
Make sure that:
You opted in to the promotion before making a deposit or placing bets.
Your actions (e.g., bets or deposits) meet the promotion’s terms.
Bets placed were not canceled or cashed out, as these usually don’t count toward completing the requirements.
Bets have been settled before the promotion ends.
- To view the specific wagering requirements of your active bonus, navigate to your profile and select "Promos & Bonuses" > "Promos & Bonuses". From there, simply click on "Details" next to your bonus to ensure you are meeting all the necessary criteria.
- If you do not see the bonus reflected in your balance after a successful deposit, please make sure that you have completed the wagering requirements. The bonus is designed to be released into your balance only after you have fulfilled the necessary wagering conditions.
I want to cancel a bonus or my participation in a promotion
If you want to cancel a bonus or your participation in an active promotion, contact the Support Team for assistance.
Important: For sports bonuses, if you have both an active free bet and an active bonus with wagering requirements, the free bet must be used first.
