KYC Verification and Expired Documents
To keep your account active and secure, it’s important to submit a valid ID and complete the KYC process on time. Here’s how it works:
ID Expiration:
If your ID has expired, your KYC status will show Expired.
You have 30 days from the expiration date to submit a new document.
During these 30 days, your account remains fully functional.
After 30 Days Without a New ID:
If you do not submit a new document within 30 days after expiration, your account will be blocked for deposits, bets, and withdrawals.
You can still log in, but you must complete KYC to regain full access.
Accounts Without Any KYC Submission:
If you never submitted any document, your account will be blocked 30 days after registration.
You will then have an additional 30 days to submit your KYC documents.
Account Closure:
If KYC is not completed within 60 days of account creation, the account will be closed.
Any open bets will be cancelled, staked amounts returned to your balance, and remaining funds refunded to you.
