Incorrect Credentials & Locked Accounts
If you see the message: "Incorrect username and password combination. 5 incorrect combinations will lock your account," please take note of the following:
The 5-Attempt Rule: For your security, your account will be automatically locked after 5 failed login attempts.
The Solution: The account will remain locked on our backend until you perform a password reset.
How to Unlock: Click on “Forgot your password?” and enter your registered email address. You will receive an email with a link to reset your password and instantly unlock your account.
Email Security: For security reasons, Support cannot confirm which email is registered to your account. Please try the email addresses you commonly use.
Responsible Gaming: Session Time Limits
If you are suddenly logged out and cannot log back in, you may have reached a Session Time Limit.
The Rule: Once your self-set daily, weekly, or monthly limit is reached, access is restricted until the period resets.
The Solution: You must wait for the limit to renew (e.g., 24 hours for a daily limit).
Adjusting Limits: Once you regain access, you can adjust these in My Account > Settings > Responsible Gaming.
Decreases apply immediately.
Increases only take effect after the current period resets (Daily, Weekly, or Monthly).
Note: Limits cannot be removed or set to 0.
Technical Errors ("Something Went Wrong")
If you receive a generic error message or the page fails to load:
Clear Cache & Cookies: This resolves 90% of browser-related login errors.
Switch Platforms: Try moving from the App to a Mobile Browser (Chrome/Safari) or a Desktop.
Connection: Ensure you are not using a VPN or a restricted corporate network.
Device Check: Try logging in from a different device to rule out hardware issues.
Geolocation Restrictions
Greece Only: Superbet Greece accounts are only accessible while you are physically located in Greece.
If you are traveling abroad, your access will be restricted until you return to the country.
Account Access & Regulatory Blocks
Identity Verification (KYC) Deadline
The 60-Day Rule: Per Greek regulations, you must complete your identity verification (KYC) within 60 days of registration.
Account Closure: If this deadline is missed, your account will be closed by the company. To reopen it, you must contact Support and provide a clear photo of your ID (front and back) and a recent Proof of Address.
Inactive vs. Dormant Accounts
Inactive (12 Months): If you haven't placed a wager in 12 months, your account status changes. You can log in, but you must place a wager to restore full deposit/withdrawal access.
The "0 Balance" Fix: If your balance is €0.00 and your account is Inactive, you won't be able to wager to unlock it. In this case, please contact Support to manually restore your access.
Dormant (24 Months): After 24 months without wagering activity, the account is closed and login is blocked.
Time-Out and Self-Exclusion
Time-Out: If you are on a "break" (24h to 12 months), you can log in to view your details, but betting and depositing are disabled until the period expires.
Self-Exclusion: If you are self-excluded (minimum 12 months), login access is completely blocked.
