Important Deposit Rules:
The €5,000 Limit: If you wish to deposit more than €5,000, you must split the amount into multiple smaller transactions (e.g., two deposits of €2,500). Single transactions above €5,000 will be blocked.
Third-Party Deposits: We only accept funds from accounts in your name. Deposits from a spouse, relative, or friend will be rejected and automatically refunded to the source within 24 hours.
Card Registration: To save a card for future use, you must complete at least one successful deposit with that card.
Withdrawals
Withdrawals are subject to KYC approval and vary based on the amount and method used.

Important Withdrawal Rules:
The "Closed Loop" Rule: You can only withdraw to a card or e-wallet if you have previously used that exact method to deposit.
The €800 Threshold: * For APMs: You cannot withdraw more than €800 to an e-wallet. Amounts above this must be sent via Bank Transfer (SEPA).
For Cards: Withdrawals over €800 trigger a Card Verification. You will be asked to upload a photo of the front and back of your card to confirm ownership.
First Withdrawal: No withdrawals are permitted until your Identity (KYC) has been fully verified.
Taxation & Withdrawable Balance: Your "Withdrawable Balance" may sometimes be lower than your "Total Balance." This is often due to Gaming Tax, which is calculated and settled only when your current session ends (upon logout or after 24h).
Troubleshooting Verification Issues
Bank Account (IBAN) Verification
All Greek IBANs undergo a Verification of Payee (VoP).
Format: Always include the "GR" prefix.
Common Error: Ensure the name on your bank account matches your Superbet account exactly. If there is a mismatch (e.g., maiden name vs. married name), you must provide a bank statement to Support.
Card Verification
If the system asks you to photograph your card for a withdrawal:
Camera won't open? Check your browser permissions and ensure "Camera Access" is allowed.
Name Mismatch? If your name is abbreviated on the physical card and it fails the scan, try completing the verification via mobile web or desktop instead of the App.
Cancellation & Returns
5-Minute Window: You have approximately 5 minutes to cancel a "Pending" withdrawal. Once the request is sent to the payment provider, it can no longer be reversed.
Returned Withdrawals: If your bank declines a withdrawal, the funds will be automatically refunded to your Superbet account within 3 business days.
