If you tried to create an account and received a notification that your email address has already been used, it likely means that an account is already registered with your details.
“Email already exists”
If you receive the error:
“Email already exists”
This means that an account has already been created using this email address.
What you can do:
Click on “Forgot your password?” on the login page
Enter your registered email address
Select “Send”
Follow the instructions in the email to reset your password
Once completed, you will be able to access your existing account.
Important Information
You are only allowed to create one account on the platform. Each email address can only be linked to one account.
Account access is permitted only while you are physically located in Greece.
