To keep your account active and ensure full access to all features, you are required to complete the identity verification (KYC) process within the first 30 days after creating your account.
If you encounter any issues during the account verification process, please try the process again, as this will most likely resolve the problem
Temporary Account Status (First 30 Days)
During the first 30 days after registration, your account is considered Temporary until your identity is verified.
While your account is Temporary:
Deposits are limited to a total of €800.
You can only place bets on events that will settle within the first 30 days.
Withdrawals are not permitted.
Any winnings will be credited to your balance but cannot be withdrawn.
If Verification Is Not Completed Within 30 Days
If you do not complete the KYC process within the first 30 days:
Your account will be restricted.
You will not be able to:
Make deposits
Place bets
Withdraw funds
You will still be able to log in and submit your verification documents.
You will then have an additional 30 days to complete the verification process.
If Verification Is Not Completed Within 60 Days
If identity verification is not completed within 60 days from account creation:
Your account will be permanently closed.
Any open bets will be cancelled.
The original stake of any unsettled bets will be returned to your balance.
Any remaining balance will be refunded to you.
Accepted Documents for Verification
You can verify your identity using one of the following valid documents:
Greek Identity Card (old or new type)
Passport
EU National Identity Card
Greek Digital ID
Special Identity Card for Homogeneous (E.D.T.O.)
Military ID
Law Enforcement ID
In addition to the documents above, kindly note that we may request additional documents if necessary (such as the proof of address)
Important: The accepted formats of all documents are pdf and jpg.
What Happens If Your ID Expires?
If the identity document you used for verification expires:
Your account status will return to Verification Pending.
You will need to submit a new valid document.
You will receive notifications before and after your document expires.
If a new valid document is not submitted within 30 days after expiration:
Your account will be restricted.
You will not be able to deposit, place bets, or withdraw funds until verification is completed.
How to Complete Verification
To complete your verification:
Go to Identity Verification in your account.
Allow access to your device’s camera.
Follow the instructions to:
Take a selfie (live facial recognition)
Upload your identity document (front and back)
Tips to ensure successful account verification
Photo of the document
- Use a clean surface to support the document, if necessary.
- Make sure the document borders and all data are visible in the image.
- Remove the protective plastic from the document.
- Make sure the document hasn't expired.
